Opportunities offered by Rosebank College to their graduates

Rosebank College (RC) has always been there for their students mostly those who face the unemployment pressure after graduation. The college management has seen what the world is like after graduating, students face serious challenges of not being employed. Reasons for not being employed is that the students don’t apply for employment but the reason being is that most institutions don’t guide their graduates very well. The college offers great opportunities which grooms and prepares graduates for different work environments.

Posts of graduates who were studying in RC, are available from each and every floor. These posts are placed on notice boards to inspire students and encourage upcoming graduates to work hard. The opportunities that students get are really helpful because they are able to do individual research and apply. RC students get to see testimonies almost every day from different candidates confirming that these opportunities do work.

RC students connect with the heart of the institution. The college has programmes like Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP) which gives away opportunities to students. This programme often likes to hold inspirational meetings at the recreation centre around the school. In this meetings students find that different role models which are invited by the college to motivate students, and some former graduates are also there to have their say and inspire the students.
